Only the holy agreement goes on.

When a ruler sins against God,

the Holy Spirit will guide the believers towards an answer.

But when a ruler merely hurts his subjects' interests,

no innovation will spring from it.

Therein lies the power of commitment

that it creates a self-healing unit.
